Accounts Payable Assistant – Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a small, family-run building supply business based in Christchurch.

This is a hands-on role within a friendly 7-person office team where everyone pitches in and helps out. If you’re someone with a “let’s get on with it” attitude, enjoy working hard, having a laugh, and being part of a down-to-earth team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• High-volume accounts payable
• Receipting and entering invoices into the Framework system
• Reconciliations
• Preparing accounts payable batches
• Producing month-end reports
• Banking and general administration duties
• Customer service and helping out where needed

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role in New Zealand
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with accounting systems
• Good customer service skills
• Available for an immediate start
• Currently living in Christchurch
