Frame & Truss Staff - Experienced & Entry Level

Job Description
Fabrication Work:
• Cutting timber components using automated, semi-automated, and manual saws
• Making wall frames using nail guns or hammers
• Cutting and assembling roof trusses
• Operating truss presses (training provided)
• Reading and following plans to ensure accuracy
Entry-Level Labouring:
• Loading and unloading timber onto saws
• Assisting machine operators
• General factory duties and clean-up
• No experience needed – full training provided
What You Need
• Experience in frame and truss, carpentry, or similar (preferred but not required for labourers)
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and able to work unsupervised
• Strong focus on health & safety
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Reliable transport
