Are you a natural leader with hands-on warehouse experience?
We're looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee and support a team of 15 in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day performance of your team, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive, productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of 15 warehouse operatives across picking, packing, goods-in/out, and inventory tasks.
• Monitor daily targets and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help manage workload distribution and problem-solve operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or senior operative role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A team player who can lead by example and motivate others.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
• Forklift licence and experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a focus on results.
